Dr Aslam Jabbar is a dedicated General Practitioner who has been caring for patients and families in the Browns Plains community for more than 14 years. As a longstanding local GP, he enjoys building trusted relationships with his patients and supporting their health across all stages of life.

Dr Jabbar takes a comprehensive approach to healthcare, with particular interests in skin cancer, acute care and minor procedures.

He has completed additional education in skin cancer management and is accredited with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. Dr Jabbar provides thorough skin checks, using dermoscopy to assess areas of concern and, when required, can perform biopsies and minor surgical procedures.

In addition to skin cancer care, Dr Jabbar has a broad interest in general practice, including acute presentations, chronic disease management, men’s health, musculoskeletal conditions and cardiovascular health. He also provides a range of minor procedures, including the removal of skin lesions, cysts and lipomas, as well as treatment for ingrown toenails.

Dr Jabbar is committed to providing practical, thorough and personalised care. He takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and works with them to develop a management plan suited to their individual health needs.
