Dr Alastair Gilbert trained as a physician in South Africa with the goals of relieving suffering and improving health outcomes. He later moved to the UK and specialized in psychiatry in the United Kingdom and Australia where he worked in many different psychiatric subspecialties both overseas and in Australia. He is passionate about helping people realize their full potential and removing barriers caused by mental disorder. He believes compassion, kindness a broad knowledge and keys to achieving these outcomes.
